Q: Hi Dave:
I was sent some pure (?) capsaicin powder in the mail from an associate in China. I assume it is of high quality. It is an off-white color, but I do not have the specifications yet. Do you know of anyone in the U.S. (or elsewhere) who might be interested in buying this substance in quantity? I imagine I can provide it for a good price, but as yet, I do not know what the price might be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Due to the hazardous nature of pure capsaicin, I certainly hope you are keeping it out of the reach of children and animals. The only use I know of for pure capsaicin is in the pharmaceutical industry where it is used in making capsaicin creams for treating topical pain and arthritis pain.
