There are a whole bunch of cooking schools these days and plenty of books about BBQ cooking. I’ve even got some myself that you can see at www.drbbq.com But most of us don’t cook many whole hogs. The good news is the guy who considered to be the best whole hog cook in the world, Myron Mixon, does classes too and he’ll teach you all about that hog as well as whole shoulders.
