I want to BBQ a pork loin tonight and was wondering how I go about that? I normally bake them. It is one of those big loins from Costco cut in half. Thanks,

You caught me at my desk. Smear that baby up with a bunch of spicy and sweet stuff and grill/smoke it at medium heat until it reaches an internal temp of 150°F. Wrap it real tight in foil and let it rest on the counter for 20 minutes. Slice it thin and eat it. It may be a little pink but it’s safely cooked and delicious at that temp.
