Good morning Dave!
I would like to know how to stuff jalapeños with feta cheese. I have made up the cheese mix but I don’t know how to prepare the chile.Thanks in advance; I quite like your site.

Roast the jalapeños peel them and remove the stems. Cut them in half length-wise, then scoop out the seeds, Fill each chile "boat" with the cheese mixture and serve.
