Here in Northwest Florida there are several people who make a delicious mild Jalapeno Wine–but they will not give out the recipe. Do you know of any sites that have chile pepper wine recipes?

There are two ways to make a chile pepper wine. One is to add the chiles to an existing grape-based
wine, and the other is to actually ferment the chiles and other ingredients. I tasted an excellent
chile wine in Australia that was made with five different chiles–and no grapes. Oh, and I did
