Q: Dear Mr. DeWitt:
I’m looking for your book Peppers of the World: An Identification Guide and have not been able to find it via the Internet. I would like to purchase this book so that we may have references to peppers (descriptions, pictures, etc.) that our farm is currently producing.
Also, my friend suggested that I contact you for a description of the hungaro pepper, grown in Mexico. Is there a translation to an American pepper?
Sincerely,
Kelly
A: Hello Kelly:
Sorry, but that book is out of print. You might be able to find a copy on eBay or at alibris.com. Otherwise, see the photos at www.chileplants.com. I am not familiar with the hungaro pepper, but the word means Hungarian, so maybe it’s a paprika.
