Design a Smoker - Fiery Foods & Barbecue Central

Q: Hi Dave,

I was wondering if you know of a website or literature I could get that will help design a smoker. I live in Australia and although we have a million and one BBQs to choose from, finding a smoker is near impossible. We plan on using a 90kg LPG cylinder for the body of the smoker but would like some ideas on design. Don’t worry, the cylinder is empty and already has a hinged door fixed! Any thoughts or information would be appreciated.
