Q: Good Day Sir,
My Sister and I are thinking about setting up at a flea market and selling hot sauce, salsas and BBQ sauce. We are thinking of putting together different types of gift baskets. We also want to have single items there. Just wondering if you could give us some ideas on types of items we should carry or any other great ideas or vendors.

The best thing to do is to go to web hot shops like www.peppers.com and www.hotsauceplanet.com and see what they are selling. You can also search our Industry Directory, http://www.fiery-foods.com/directory/default.htm Do a category search for Retailer: Web Site and then look at a few of these sites to see what they are featuring. It’s hard to be more specific because there are thousands of hot and spicy products out there.
