Q: How many jalapenos does it take to equal the heat content one habanerno pepper? I make jalapeno jam was thinking about using habanerno peppers instead but didn’t know how many to use. Every jar I make has around one full jalapeno pepper in it. I use 12 jalapenos in my jam which makes about twelve jars. Thanks and have a great day,
