Hi Dave:
I have grown my own habaneros and I have frozen them whole. If I wanted to use a dehydrator for these habaneros would it work? I don’t know if they’re frozen if that will change the dehydration process. I would like to dry them so I could make habanero powder! I love your site and I love the newsletter.

Hello Franki:
Just defrost the habaneros, cut them in half, and dehydrate.
