Pepper Grinder?

Hi Dave,

Is there a grinder made for dried chiles to make chile flakes. I want to make my own crushed red pepper flakes in a fairly large quantity.

Hello Linda:

There is no specific grinder that I know of. You should experiment with a food processor for large quantities of chiles.
