Hello Dave,
I want to make honey barbeque sauce. We are beekeepers and bottle our honey in 1 lb. plastic bottles with a pressure safety seal under the lid. Is that sufficient to keep the sauce from spoiling or do I have to "can" the sauce like you would salsa?

No, the sauce would have to be properly canned in a licensed and inspected kitchen.
