I’m planning on smoking a pig this summer; have a smoker but i am not sure how big of a pig i can fit in it, how big is a 80 pound pig?

Hi Kyle,
I think you'll be best to measure your cooker and then go talk to the hog supplier about what will fit. You may want to have them remove the head and feet to get the maximum size in there. It kind of ruins the effect but it gets more people fed. Be sure to allow for some airflow around the hog too or you'll have a hard time getting it cooked evenly.
