Hello Dave,
What is the best way to dry peppers? I live in central Florida so I wasn’t sure about how much sun would be too much especially in the hot summer.

Since you live in a humid climate, the best way to dry peppers is in a food dehydrator. Lacking that, place them on a tray or rack in a gas oven with just the pilot light on.
